Flip that House brings the viewer into the latest trend in "buy-sell" house renovation known as 'house flipping'. Each episode will follow the transformation of a different house, each with its own 'flipper/host' familiar with home renovation and real estate. Our stories will begin just after the initial purchase of a new home. Viewers will learn what the owner paid for the house and the plans for giving it the necessary 'facelift' to resell with a profit. We'll witness the actual renovation and cosmetic work step-by-step with some helpful hints along the way, revealing the gradual before-after transformation. At the end of each episode, the results of the house flipping exercise will be revealed along with a new sales price for the "flipped" property. Mark Cassle is a real estate investor and his next project is flipping a home in Palm Springs, California. With the help of construction crews and his friend/project manager, John, Mark plans on restoring the 1953 three bedroom, three bath home back to its original glory of mid century modern. He hopes to finish the project in one month after spending ,000 in renovations. Will Mark find himself sitting on top of a gold mine after one month of remodeling or will his budget spiral out of control leaving this house a bottomless money pit?
